Everybody has a story! I am no different, but my story with its twists and turns all boils down to one thing; Jesus Christ showed up on day one and had a purpose for my life! If there was one way to describe me, I guess I'd have to say, A Christian girl who is fired up for her Lord! Always on cloud nine, headed for ten. A girl who stands on God's Word and LOVES to send satan packing in Jesus' Name with his head tucked between his tail! Yep, there it is! You have it, everything I do is for Jesus. He is the author and finisher of my faith and woven throughout the pages of my book you'll find evidence of His miracle working power!
The Dixie Street Miracle has been in the making for a bit. I am still in the writing phase. The goal is by December 31st to be completely finished writing! The exciting news is that the self-publishing company that will be on the spine of my book is Crossbooks, A division of Lifeway Christian Bookstores! Yay God!
Most recently, the person and inspiration behind the title of my book passed away. Loosing Mom has not only broken my heart, but it's made me lean on God lots more. During this phase of writing, it seems like there's tears, laughter and fond memories as I recall how God have me such an amazing woman for a mother. I miss her. You'll hear lots more about Mom in the pages of my book!
The goal is to have the book ready by no later than Jan 2014. It could be sooner, we'll see! Thank you for taking the time to read this small introduction! Crossbooks is encouraging me to blog a little here and there along the way!
